Wellbeing is defined as a sense of health and vitality that arises from your thoughts, emotions, actions, and experiences.
Mental health, according to the US Department of Health and Human Services refers to your emotional, social, and psychological wellbeing and that, as part of a full, active life style, it’s as important as physical health.
In 1948 the World Health Organization defined health as ‘a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing not merely the absence of disease and infirmity.’
In 1986 it clarified that health was ‘a resource for everyday life, not an objective of living’ and ‘a positive concept emphasizing social and personal resources, as well as physical capacities.’
And in 2020 as the covid-19 pandemic sparked widespread mental burnout and a youth mental health crisis a global mental health conversation started.
Balanced nutrition, regular exercise and adequate rest all contribute to good health; and good physical and mental health can work in tandem to improve the overall quality of your life.
If you’re in good physical health your bodily functions and processes are working well. There’s an absence of disease. But, more importantly, because you can do more for yourself and others when you are healthy it’s in your best interest to strive for good health.
You should actively pursue a healthful lifestyle but as your health is influenced about equally by the inner-astral-plane and outer-physical-plane environments you should know as much as possible about how inner-plane and outer-plane weather and foods are apt to influence your health.
The foods you need in one kind of weather are different from those needed in another kind so knowledge of this matter, and your current inner-plane weather as mapped by your progressed chart and your changing external circumstances, allows you to select the inner-plane and outer-plane foods suitable to your particular needs.
However, in considering your health, it is a sad mistake to only consider your physical body. A healthy body is certainly a great asset while you live and function on the material plane but it has a limited use-by-date and is unlikely to remain healthy unless your soul is also in good health.
The health of your soul – your inner-plane constitution – is much more important than your physical health. It not only assists in keeping your physical body healthy but enables you to be healthy, useful and happy after your physical body dies and you depart the physical world.
But there’s more to living a healthy, effective life than soul health.
You have a triune nature – a body, mind and spirit – and whilst living here on Earth you should make every effort to make simultaneous progress on all the three planes of existence: the physical, mental and spiritual.
To get the most out of life your spirit should be healthy.
Your spiritual health
Your inner-plane constitution, aka soul, is composed of thought-cells organized according to your experiences and thoughts. Their quality determines your dominant vibratory rate and after your earthly life is done the inner-astral-plane level you will gravitate to and function on is determined by your dominant vibratory rate.
It is true that both your soul and body may be healthy while your dominant vibratory rate is low. That’s because it doesn’t determine your physical health or the health of your inner-plane constitution. Rather it determines the evolutionary level you function on.
To be spiritually healthy you should function on a high vibratory level. In fact, the measure of your spiritual health is the elevation of the inner-plane level your soul functions on as determined by your dominant vibratory rate.
You know when you’re feeling poorly and when you’re feeling well but recognizing the symptoms of poor mental health, unless extreme, is not easy.
Your real mentality not only embraces the thoughts that gain objective consciousness, but also those that constitute the whole organization of thought-cells in your astral and spiritual bodies.
These thought-cells determine your objective thoughts and behavior and use their psychokinetic power to attract events they desire.
These events must be made possible by your physical environment and your external environment facilitates or resists events that your thought-cells desire.
Your thought-cell activity and external circumstances work in tandem, each having an equal influence over the events that come into your life; but to the extent they can the thought-cells of your soul influence your thoughts and behavior to be in the environment that enables the events they desire to happen.
If you habitually experience misfortune in some area of your life, as indicated by a high-discord birth chart house, it indicates that the thought-cells associated with this department of life are expressing poor mental health.
Disease is synonymous with discord so the thought-cells can be said to be diseased. Discordant physical cells express as physical disease and discordant mental cells express as disease of thoughts, behavior and events.
Physical food is very important in the treatment of physical disease and mental food in the form of thoughts and feelings is even more important in the treatment of diseased thought-cells.
Furthermore, as physical disease is chiefly brought into your life through the action of diseased thought-cells, proper mental food is essential in the permanent cure of physical disease.
Spiritual disease is due to a low dominant vibratory rate. It’s not necessarily due to discord and strangely enough an individual can have a very healthy physical body and a very healthy mentality and at the same time be quite deficient in spirituality.
There are insects which, on the insect level, have good physical health and good fortune all their lives. Their inner-plane forms are harmoniously organized but their spirituality is far below that we would expect of a human being.
Relative to this matter I will mention my dog Duke whose birth chart was precisely timed. His chart shows some departments of life which are harmonious and some which are mentally distressed. And when a progressed aspect added energy to the diseased thought-cells, he experienced unfortunate events similar to those which would have been expected if the chart had been that of a human.
But no matter how good his physical and mental health was during his life, as influenced by the harmony of his birth chart, his spiritually was not on a level we expect from a human. He is unusually affectionate and loyal so it can be assumed that on the dog evolutionary level he is highly spiritual. But because he is a dog he has dog traits, such as being nasty to strangers, and selfish and greedy where food is concerned. And we would not consider a human who functioned on the same inner-plane vibratory level to be in good spiritual health.

There are many people in the world today who have fairly good physical and mental health, as indicated by the events they experience in their lives, but their dominant vibratory rate is not much above their pet dog.
Altogether too many people are in poor spiritual health. It is the world’s chief trouble. Too many people are functioning on the spiritual level of the brutes.

Harmonious thought-cells, mapped by harmonious planets and zodiac signs, can be considered healthy and their equivalent physical cells can be considered to be in good physical health.
But good mental health is more important than good physical health.
You depend on your mental health, or harmonious thought-cell activity, to not only think and behave properly, but to bring into your life the events you desire. And when your thought-cells are healthy they use their psychokinetic power to bring into your life fortunate events.
But no matter how good your physical and mental health may be you don’t want to function on an evolutionary level of a dog or cat, even though there are some humans who function on the level of predatory beasts such as tigers and wolves.
A high spiritual vibratory rate is essential if you are to be immortal.
In time your astral form will dissolve and if you are to survive you will require a spiritual form built of thoughts having a higher-than-animal vibratory rate in which to function.
Those who live on the vibratory level of the brutes are under a severe handicap in gaining spirituality in the afterlife. They have formed habit-systems which will require Herculean efforts to change.
So it is your best interest to gain as much spiritual health as you can while still on Earth.
The ultimate spiritual habit
There’s one surefire habit-system which, if followed persistently and energetically, will bring spiritual health.
It involves approaching every life-matter by thinking it through, with your focus on handling it in a way that contributes to universal welfare by benefiting all concerned, and then implementing your decision whilst feeling pleasure in how well you have handled the matter.
It means that when a difficulty arises, instead of feeling worried, depressed, angry, sorrowful or some other discordant emotion, you’re positive and confident that it can be solved and you will take pleasure in solving it.
It may be an event or condition that others judge to be most unfortunate. It may be a condition that people customarily face with fright and anger. However, nothing can injure your soul, your real self, except your soul’s attitude toward the thing or matter.
If your attitude is to make decisions and take actions that benefit those around you and to joyfully contribute to universal welfare, you will assist in the harmonious reconditioning of the thought-cell organization of your soul, improve both your mental and physical health and advance your spiritual health by markedly raising your dominant vibratory rate.
To develop this single most beneficial feel-good habit-system requires persistent effort but surely no effort is too great as you struggle and strive to attain physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing?
