Forecast periods

The major events reported by the national and international news media are the progeny of progressed aspects in global astrology charts expressing in an environmental setting.

A progressed aspect is an energy-event that has a forecast period measured by its start and end dates. Its peak power date indicates when its influence is at maximum force.

Events related to a designated aspect occur during its forecast period.

In-sky aspects

An in-sky aspect has a long forecast period that’s determined by its orb of influence and the rate of motion of the faster moving planet.

Each in-sky aspect has a start, peak and end date.

The real-time monitor of astro-events indicates the start, peak and end dates of major in-sky conjunction aspects and the peak power date of other in-sky aspects.

Cycle chart aspects

A progressed aspect in a global cycle chart is formed when the chart’s ruling planet moves to within 1° of an aspect with any planet and/or ascendant or Midheaven in the chart. And the aspect is live while the progressed planet remains within this 1° orb of influence.

The aspect’s time-frame or forecast period is determined by the progressed planets rate of motion.

An aspect formed by progressed Jupiter in the Jupiter cycle has on average a 10 day forecast period; an aspect formed by progressed Saturn in the Saturn cycle has on average a 26 day forecast period; and an aspect formed by progressed Uranus in the Uranus cycle has on average a 40 day forecast period.

In each instance a progressed parallel aspect has a far longer forecast period.

Progressed aspects formed by progressed Neptune and progressed Pluto in their respective cycle charts have much longer forecast periods ranging from months to years.

The real-time monitor of astro-events indicates the start, peak and end dates of all the progressed aspects in the Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto cycle charts.

An aspect formed by progressed Mars in the Mars cycle has on average a 3 day forecast period – 36 hours either side of its peak power time/date.

The real-time monitor specifies its peak power date.

A progressed parallel aspect involving Mars has a longer forecast period. The real-time monitor indicates its start, peak and end dates.

An aspect formed by progressed Sun in the Sun cycle has a 2 day forecast period – 24 hours either side of their peak power time/date.

The real-time monitor specifies its peak power date.

A progressed parallel aspect involving the Sun has a longer forecast period. The real time monitor indicates its start, peak and end dates.

The real-time monitor does not indicate when a progressed aspect to the ascendant or Midheaven in a global chart is formed.

Progressed aspects in global charts do not signpost inevitable events. They indicate a potential for an event characterized by specified planets to occur but they can form and dissolve without leaving a noticeable event footprint here on Earth.

Progressed aspects in global cycle charts mostly time events of minor importance. They can time history making events forecast by the Aquarian Age chart and major in-sky conjunction charts.

Mundane life is a continuum of fortunate and unfortunate events where a major life-changing event occurs every now and then.
