But this date doesn’t specify a precise day on which major events pertaining to America’s standing on the world stage, the constitution, the stock market or business will occur.
It just signifies when the power and discord of the progressed Midheaven-birth chart Saturn conjunction aspect is at its peak.

Astrology can’t predict precise events, but the house 9 discord in America’s chart does sign for a constitutional crisis involving the president.
At specified times the discord will elevate – especially when progressed Moon aspects Pluto or Saturn – and that’s when Trump can say or do things that give rise to a constitutional crisis.
