It’s where your soul’s backstory is organized as thought-cells and thought-structures that possess desires defined by their formation experience.

An event of consequence only occurs when, due to the formation of a major progressed aspect, the thought-cells that know how to work from the inner-world to bring it to pass, gain enough additional energy that they can exert far more than their normal psychokinetic power on your thoughts, behavior and environment.
So, two things are involved in every condition and event your experience: (1) the organization of mental factors within your astral body which constitute your character, and (2) the environment on which these thought-cells operate and to which your character reacts.
Factcheck: Progressed aspects, during definite periods, add energy to specified mental factors making them more active and causing them to (1) work upon your physical environment; (2) be influenced by your physical environment and (3) attract specific events into your life.
