In March 2020 Saturn went viral. The curve that measured covid-19’s rate of transmission kept on rising. To curb the rise drastic safety measures – self-isolation and social distancing – were introduced. Countries went into lockdown. Business activity slumped.
Saturn – the planet of disease, pandemics, recessed economic activity, fear, suffering and misery – was conjunction Mars, Jupiter and Pluto in the sky.
In March 2020 social change occurred at break-neck speed. Mars was parallel Uranus in the Aquarian Age chart. And with progressed Uranus semisextile Moon in the Uranus cycle the weekly protests came to halt.
Around March 15 the spread of covid-19 accelerated (Mars). It was traveling so fast governments couldn’t keep up. Its epicenter moved to Europe. With Jupiter conjunction Pluto in the sky (at peak power on April 5) central banks cut interest rates and governments announced massive rescue packages (Jupiter) to help protect their economies from the pandemic.
In March 2020 Neptune – the planet of great uncertainty – triggered investor panic on markets. Investors didn’t know if the financial rescue packages would save the economy – or not. They sent markets down – too low – and then up – too high; and with Saturn parallel Neptune in the Saturn cycle there were spectacular one, two and three thousand point down and up movements on Wall Street.
On March 20, 2020 the new Sun cycle commenced and the charts for Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Britain, Sweden, Finland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Portugal have house 1 (public health) and house 12 (restrictions and hospitals) under significant astrological pressure.
