The three incidents bring the number of chemical attacks which the Commission of Inquiry on Syria has documented since 2013 to 39, including 33 attributed to the government. The perpetrators of the remaining six have not been identified.
The investigators said that weaponizing chlorine is prohibited under the Chemical Weapons Convention, ratified by Syria, and under customary international humanitarian law.

The world consumes almost 100 million barrels of crude oil per day.
According to Oil and Gas Investing News the top oil producers in 2017 were the US, Saudi Arabia, Russia, China, Canada, Iraq, Iran, Brazil and Venezuela.
In 2018 a number of factors have seen the oil price rise and the trade dispute between Washington and Beijing, the economic turmoil in Venezuela, the social unrest in an oil-rich area of Iraq and US sanctions on Iran could lead to further sharp increases.
Oil prices in early October were $80 – $85 a barrel.
Neptune is the planet of inflation
Inflation is a key indicator of economic activity.
It indicates that the general level of prices is going up and it will cost you more to buy a loaf of bread and have your hair cut.
A sustained rise in the price of crude oil can see a rise in inflation.
Governments strive for an inflation rate of around 2 to 3 percent per year, but like everything ruled by Neptune inflation is a complex matter.
