May 5: In Israel at least three people are killed in a terror – stabbing – attack near Tel Aviv.

May 14: The UN Security Council condemns the killing of veteran Al Jazeera reporter Shireen Abu Akleh and calls for an immediate probe into her death. Her shooting death (Venus-Mars) while covering an Israeli military raid in Jenin in the occupied West Bank has caused a surge of anger (Mars).

May 15: There was a major cryptocurrency meltdown during the past week. On May 14 a complete wipeout in Terra blockchain’s native token LUNA saw Indian exchanges delist it from their platforms. LUNA tanked to merely a few decimal cents from its peak of $118. Indian crypto speculators and investors with LUNA in their portfolios had their holdings wiped out in a matter of hours. The crash was blamed on rising interest rates (Jupiter), inflation (Neptune) and Russia’s war in Ukraine (Mars).
May 17: Sri Lanka has run out of petrol (Neptune). The government is unable to raise dollars (Jupiter-house 2) to pay for three shipments of oil (Neptune), with the ships (Jupiter) waiting outside the Colombo harbor for payments before discharging their cargoes.
