September 13, 2021: Lawyers representing Prince Andrew challenge a US court’s (house 9) jurisdiction in a civil lawsuit (house 7) by Virginia Giuffre.
Giuffre has accused the prince of sexually assaulting her about 20 years ago. Andrew has denied her accusations.
Lawyers for the prince argued he was not properly served when the lawsuit (house 7) was left with a guard at his home; and that Virginia Giuffre does not have the right to accuse the prince.
Giuffre’s lawyer claimed the lawsuit was properly served.
Giuffre’s lawsuit puts Andrew in a tough position because he could be held in default and owe damages if he ignores it or face years of legal battles by defending himself in court.
The next hearing before a judge will be in October.

So, November 2021 will be a very apprehensive month for Prince Andrew but the impending disaster won’t be as bad as he is imagining it will be but his reputation will be damaged.
It’s an interesting coincidence that Virginia Giuffre and Prince Andrew both have 11 degrees Leo on the ascendant in their charts.
